Still fails
They keep doing dates and it still garbage app. I have to delete and reinstall at least once a month to be able to log in. This is irritating. Please get it FIXED ALREADY!!!
Consistently the worst banking app
After several updates this app continues to be to worst app for banking of financial management.
Terrible app
TCU should be ashamed of themselves that they cheaped - out on this app developer. They have no respect for their members. This app never works correctly and doesn’t update your password when you change it on the mobile website.
Worst app ever!
I tried and tried to sign in . I called help and they did not reply so called and left a message the next day. They were rather abrupt and were not helpful . I have better luck using my phone rather than my iPad .
Please fix
This is legitimately the hardest banking app to use. It is constantly signing me out and half the time doesn’t even want to sign in
Disappointed!
App won’t load on my phone. I have to go buy a new phone now just so I can do mobile banking with tcu????Feel very disappointed! Just got used to the new platform then shot down by mobile upgrade. Not good!
Nothing works
I normally don’t leave reviews, but in this case I feel I have to. This may be the worst app I’ve ever used. Everything about it is quite terrible. Will honestly consider switching banks simply because of the horrible user experience while attempting to use the app (usually can’t log in, so user experience pretty much ends at that point).

No star rating
This app is a challenge for those of us who have just adjusted to the last change. I find it very stressful and unfair to a demographic that has faithfully used TCU for all their working and retirement years. This is asking too much and makes me want to consider the old cookie tin or under the mattress alternative to online banking. This is totally unfair to a large number of us . Please fix it .

It exists
The one star is simply because this app exists. But it sucks bad. Borderline unusable. Nothing like not being able to access your bank accounts because you picked the wrong institution. Gonna be leaving TCU very soon. Totally unacceptable
Try to add an etransfer contact
- it won’t be smooth and it won’t be fun.
