Very poor customer service….please dont waste time
I used this app for 5 years so much so that I depended on it. Than I bought lifetime subscription. Used it for 6 more months without hassle.
I switched my mobile so when I tried to login I couldn’t. I checked the webpage … it said i was using free version.
I gave my purchase bills and other requested information to the service provider….but till date i cannot login again …and my years of hardwork went in vain.
So I suggest you not to waste your hardwork, money and time something like this..Show lessprabhaatg
MacOS APP IS NEEDED
This is great software but it must have MacOS stand alone version since the software is NOT web-based/cloud-based software. There is NO way for MacOS users to use the software.jabi2021
MAC OS Version
I have been using book keeper for my company for the past 5 years here in Saudi Arabia. App is great and very user friendly. The very unfortunate part is that there is no MAC version for the app. Please make a version for the MAC OS for macbook users because our whole company is an Apple UserHassan Altorkomany

Google Drive Sync
1: Even if I wanted to buy more licenses, I couldn’t because Dropbox free version support only three devices. At least add google drive sync.
2: Aged Receivable are not showing accurate figures. It doesn’t include the partially paid invoices and/or invoices with due date of next month.
3: Business summary doesn’t open except for admin. Even after granting all the permissions.
4: (ios & Desktop) Inventory batches are not working properly, after multiple entries I noticed multiple batches with same name in inventory tracking report and during buying and selling.
5: (Desktop) Payroll doesn’t support partial payment of salaries.
Feature Requests:
1: Import data should include the preview of transactions.
2: Aged Receivable should include 2 columns, last payment date and amount.Show lessMubeen Mazhar

Hi, let us clarify each of your doubts: 1. Book Keeper is limited to three desktop licenses and unlimited mobile devices. So, you can sync Dropbox on any number of mobiles and upto three Windows PC's 2. Ideally it includes partial invoices also. There is some confusion, you need to share more details on this. 3.
