完全登录不进去，不知道怎么买票。短信检验输入验证码了，说手机号不能为空，但根本没有输手机号的地方。我的证件类型又不支持人脸验证
Buggy workaround
Registration page was blank when I first used the app in English. It started working when I switched the app language to Chinese and then back to English.
Email confirmation never arrived after registering via the app. I logged on to the website and resent my email confirmation to verify my account.

Registration screen is blank.
The registration process doesn’t even begin. It goes to a blank white screen and that is the end of that. Game over, red rover.
Language switching option is wack
I installed this app to facilitate some travel plans in China. Using some online tutorials, I switched the language to English to help navigate. Other tutorials stated that switching to simplified Chinese would help the app function properly, which was true. Unfortunately, the option to switch back to English then disappeared forever. Ridiculous.

The passport verification screen is blank
I switched to the app after the website keep showing “system is busy” message, and hope I can do the passport verification on the app by any luck. It turned out it’s even worse on the app, the passport screen loads as blank screen with nothing, zero, nil. What a joke.
dynamic island
Please optimise the settings of the dynamic island, don't lock screen state left slide clear and then can't show again, suggest to give a button to show real time activity, easy to show again

Broken app thats completely useless for tourists. China should be ashamed and clearly doesn't want outsiders in their country.
Used air travel and shortened my trip to two cities instead of dealing with this garbage. Looking forward to the Shinkansen when I fly out.
