Isn’t working
When I launch the app, it displays an error message and it loads forever. Idk if it’s only on iOS but it’s not cool. Pls fix that
Lousy customer service/feedback
If you purchase this app, do not lose your password. They offer on the app to email it to you and they don’t. Every time you contact them, they give you a claim number if sorts. They say the matter has been forwarded to their developers but you never hear back again, unless you email them and they give you a new case number with an automated reply. This has been going on for over a month and I have yet to get the email with a way of either retrieving my password or resetting it. Thanks for nothing Etermax!

I used to play daily
I updated my phone yesterday. Now I can’t play the Word Crack I loved on it. It’s been replaced by a horrible mess of a game that doesn’t appeal at all. Why in the world couldn’t you have left the original game alone and introduced this as a new game? Now I have to decide if I want to update my iPads software and say a permanent goodbye to my favorite game😿 So now if I’m playing someone on new version, I not only don’t know if they’ve used power ups, they may also be taking all the extra time offered. Really skews the game away from using actual skill. Too bad you’ve jacked it up. Offer a choice of original WordCrack or your crappy new WordCrackmix2!

I use to be totally into this game and now it’s not even worth looking at it
THIS NEW “VERSION” stinks!! Very very disappointed. I was an everyday, very competitive player of the pre- “updated” game and then you ruined it! I don’t know why you didn’t just create a new game instead of drastically changing the tried and true one with so many users and great reviews. Why would you do that? Why??
I can’t even sign in with my old user and password. AND, although I for the most part don’t use power ups I still took pride in the almost 16 k in coins I earned that have disappeared! BRING BACK THE OLD GAME!!!

Love this game updated.
It’s simple and I don’t have to spend money. Only thing is some people assume I use power ups and get mad and accuse me of cheating. I think some of them are sore losers. Just because someone beat you doesn’t mean they cheat.
I just got forced to go to the new version. I don’t like it as much. It’s not as responsive as the old version.

A good game ruined
Finally forced by an Ios upgrade to upgrade this as well. Absolutely loved the old version but this one ……..it’s slow, doesn’t recognise valid words, is like a child’s version. It didn’t need pretty pictures and graphics over substance. If it had maintained the speed of the old version I may have persevered. So sad. A game I played every day is now gone forever.

I usually love this game, but lately it throws me out of a game during a round. Highly frustrating. Does anyone else have this problem? If they can fix this problem it would be good, otherwise I’ll delete the game. I hope it doesn’t’ come to that. That is the only reason I didn’t give the game a five star. Hope you fix the problem.

Will not load after log in, says error
I got a new iPhone and tried logging in under my fb account and also tried under apple as a new account. After choosing an option in just keeps loading then says error. So frustrating as it was my favourite game!
