Worst COVID tests ever
Got free tests from the government (I know you get what you pay for… but I’ve been getting free covid tests from the government since the pandemic and I’ve always gotten quality product or at least something that makes sense.) Sorry, but I refuse to download an app and create an account JUST SO I CAN WATCH AN INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEO because iHealth has to have two different kinds of covid tests but use same packaging for both, to make things as confusing as possible for potential users who have a fever and a blinding headache. I’m not creating an account and giving you access to all my information just to watch a freaking video because you can’t create a product that makes sense.

When did they stop supporting the Apple Watch? That was the only reason I downloaded this app.
Underwhelmed from the start
My midwife suggested I get this app to be able to submit weight and blood pressure readings for at home monitoring during pregnancy. It would be nice if there was a way I could put in my profile that I’m pregnant so the app wouldn’t tell me I’m supposedly obese when I check my weight to send to my provider. That’s triggering for so many people and I really don’t need to hear that in the middle of pregnancy. If anything I’m closer to behind on gaining weight so how is that helpful? It’s not. My initial thought is that I wouldn’t use this app if it wasn’t for at home monitoring to be used by my obgyn.

ip16 breaks HS5 scales
Connects to setup, but now won’t connect to scales to take readings. Everything reset and reinstalled, wlan checked, defo the app. This happened with the last major iOS update; took them a few months to fix. Don’t know if I can be bothered to wait this time. Will shop around for another smart scale.

Unable to register
Pretty useless app to me. After going through the registration process I was told my iHealth ID already exists. Then when I try to login using those same details it tells me that the user doesn’t exist!!
Connection problem
Always have a connection problem with the blood pressure cuff. How can this still be a problem?

La machine à été fonctionnelle 1 mois. Et depuis ça se connecte que certaines fois, se déconnecte sans raison. Ne dépensez pas votre argent.
What a mess! Not happy and regret purchase
I wish that I had read the app reviews before buying the product.
First, the product nexus weighing scale does not provide the range of metrics that I am used to.
Secondly, the app is a mess!
I entered my personal details five times to try and get registered. Then the iCloud part of it would not register. It stuck on installing a certificate.
Again, the app does not provide the granularity of reporting that I am used to.
Anyone want to buy a new second-user nexus body weighing scale?
