Not working, bad customer service
Loved device at first and worked fantastic. Started having problems sporadically for last year. Then ‘Trips’ not reporting correctly for last few months (in Boston area.) Customer Service is terrible, hard to reach and never solved issues. Then CS just stopped responding. Refused to replace device unless we returned current one first. Accused users of possible fraud when Vyncs could clearly see online that device was not working properly. They should have replaced device or refunded money. We replaced with new Bouncie device and that is working perfectly. So it is not our car, battery or port’s problem. Vyncs is having major issues, don’t get stuck with a year contract! Picks up good data. And GPS pops up on the phone. Pretty good. To buy a device and pay to activate it. The price I would say it is worth it. Especially if you have many cars.Developer Response
