NFL App is terrible!!!
Avid NFL fan. 30 year military retiree who has not lived in his Favorite teams area since I was 17, so had the NFL package for many years switched to NFL game pass when I no longer cared if I watched it live or not. But using this app is painful and frustrating. The fact hat a billion dollar enterprise can’t develop an app worth a crap is very disappointing. Even though I watch it hours after the game, still have commercials, fast forward is useless and often takes longer to buffer than it would to have watched the darn commercial. Get a real app creator and fix the engagement. You have the best product in the games, but the presentation via this app is lackluster at best!Show lessBlackhull
Ripped off
My subscription with the NFL network is good until October 2024 and it will not let me watch anything at all whatsoever! I’ve tried to reach out to them and the only thing that I get back from the past week is them saying we are looking into it but they have done absolutely nothing. I can’t get a hold of somebody on the phone or chat with a live person. It’s only through a pathetic computer bot.
I’ve sent them proof showing that it’s been paid for and they have yet to do anything about it. Should you guys decide to fix this problem that I will not be reaching out to my bank and claiming fraudulent charges. If you want to retain me as a customer, then you have to rent a service that I have paid for. if you don’t want to render that service, then I will be more than happy to cancel my subscription with y’all and get all of my money back.Show lessLee Matrix

First time subscriber, wanted to be able to see my team which is not local, so far I can only watch without any issues is on my cell phone but when I switch over to my Apple TV the app kicks me out after 10-15 minutes and I have to click on again sometimes happens during the worst times, like during a big play, I have tried restarting and reinstalling and same results, hope I won’t be sorry I subscribed…Show lessLoliv84
