Avid NFL fan. 30 year military retiree who has not lived in his Favorite teams area since I was 17, so had the NFL package for many years switched to NFL game pass when I no longer cared if I watched it live or not. But using this app is painful and frustrating. The fact hat a billion dollar enterprise can’t develop an app worth a crap is very disappointing. Even though I watch it hours after the game, still have commercials, fast forward is useless and often takes longer to buffer than it would to have watched the darn commercial. Get a real app creator and fix the engagement. You have the best product in the games, but the presentation via this app is lackluster at best!
