Zero customer service
I’ve had ongoing issues with receiving emails and have tried contacting TeamStuff several times but have not had a response. I have the full version but these pricks can’t be bothered responding. Even after receiving a generic email, thanking everyone for supporting them and what an amazing community of people we are, nothing. All fur, no knickers.Show lessphnud
Fantastic app if you sign up to be a member - worth the price of 2 coffees!
Best advice I ever listened to was paying my $8 to subscribe to Teamstuff. For the price of less than 2 coffees per year, all games, trainings, venues, and other information all out directly put in my calendar (4 kids...so this helps a lot!).

Service closing down
Was great. We used it for 4 years as a club but unfortunately the developer has had to make the decision to close the service due to COVID-19 impact. We will miss it as I think it provided the best solution for the price for us.themamil
First Rate App
Absolutely love this app!! We use it for all of our kids basketball teams and have passed it onto other members in the club. Great for all sports! Keeps on getting better!! Love it!!Smurfy013
app still not working
App is not working, when trying to login it says that email or password are incorrect and both are fine. Reset password doesn’t work too, it says invalid email address and it’s correct. The website works, it’s the app that is not working.Caia26
DO NOT GO PRO - plus app broken
I would echo previous reviews saying this app was good but buggy. I have, however, had serious problems with renewing my Pro subscription. The subscription “expired” several days before it was due to, my renewal then stuck as “pending” for a week. In desperation I tried upgrading again, and got charged twice. I got these purchases refunded, and upgraded a third time - apparently successfully. This lasted 4 days and then “expired” again. Can’t believe I paid £4.99 for a 4 day subscription. AVOID PRO.
Update: Can’t log in at all now. Looks like the developer has allowed the website’s security certificate to lapse, breaking the app. If you are considering using Teamstuff then I’d suggest trying the alternatives first, as customer support is non-existent - email, Twitter and Facebook are the only contact methods available, and all are ignored by the developer.Show lessDocAndyH

Unable to log in since update
Since the last update it won’t recognise my password or email address so I can’t even use the forgot password link( which I haven’t) it just basically locked me out grrrr!Linzismad
