Can’t cancel subscription! App support is not available!
I need to cancel my subscription. How do I do that? I tried to ask for support and that didn’t work.
I wanted the free week to see if I could access Disney +. I couldn’t so I want to cancel. I do not want to be charged.
For other viewers: something is really wrong with this app! Beware! I have never had this much trouble with an app and with finding the place on the app where I can cancel the subscription.

Hello! We understand that the transaction process did not meet your expectations. Please note, trials and subscription transactions are processed through the Apple Store, not through us. When you sign up for a trial, you can cancel it anytime before the subscription start date through your Apple Account and looking under Subscriptions. The free trial is only a one-time offer, which allows you to get a feel for the app before the subscription payment begins. Regarding accessing Disney +, there should not be any problem in accessing it. Did you try changing region or opted for an "Alternate Ip" option? Please try that.If you have any questions or suggestions, do connect with us via support.
Rubbish & not worth installing
It states it’s FREE? (With in-app purchase) but brought up a payment plan window & just froze the whole screen . I could not close it or skip it or do anything. I had to pull out the plug & restart, even then it reappeared so I dragged it to trash & deleted.

It feels like you just installed a virus in your computer. Won't go away, won't force quit! the notification kees popping up.

Good when it’s not a paid service
Became an extremely overpriced service just to turn on a VPN. It was good when it used ads. 7 dollars a week, such a rip off. Get Betternet if you want a free VPN. DashVPN has gone greedy. Switch back to ads.
