Please open the app menu in the top right corner and use the "Support request/contact us —>Trouble connecting VPN” option to let the app collect diagnostics before tapping on "Send Support Request" to send us the diagnostics report with a brief description of the issue. This will likely help us diagnose and fix any issues at the earliest.
