This app tells you one exercise per week. For example, week 12 is a squat. This by no means helps me reach 30 minutes of exercise per day. It’s about 2 minutes of exercise. Do I repeat it every day for the week? Sure, you can combine it with other workouts, but there isn’t any way in the app to do this. You’d have to write it down on a piece of paper. I wish I had read the previous review that mentioned that there was no sound. I thought it was because of the free version and purchase the app, but there is still no sound on the videos. Useless.Developer Response
Hi, with some phones, if the ringer was off, there would be no sound. We just released a new app that fixes that problem across all phones. If you'd please message me at info@ohbabyfitness.com I can send you the mom/baby weekly workout app for free. I'm so sorry you had this issue.No sound
Downloaded and opened the app but there is no sound on any vid. I hope I haven’t been charged.
