Better for check in than eventbrite
We host a event of 3-500 per year. In the past we used event brite. Thee fees through showpass are much lower and this app works much better for check in. I loved the ability to be able to scan tickets.

A life changer for my company
This company's customer service is on another level. They didn't miss a beat when we sold 11,000 tickets in 8 minutes. The tech cuts about 60 hours a month from my ticket managers schedule
Company is great, app crashes
Every time I try and add my tickets to passbook it crashes the app. Otherwise this app and the company is great. Never had a poor experience (other than the crashing of course)
Freezes, unusable
Please fix this. Unable to view my tickets or make reservations without it freezing. Unacceptable.
