All it does is crash.

Streaming doesn't work

Otherwise great app. Please fix streaming.

Would be nice if it worked

Streaming feature still doesn't work. What a disappointment. This would be a nice app if it was fully functional.

Seems decent

I have maestro though Shentel I'm able to record and change channels through app. But streaming does not work and it's the one thing I miss not having dish network. It needs to be fixed asap. Also need the ability to rename media devices. How am I suppose to remember what d3748394 is in the house for example ?

Poor List and Lack of Help

The software and app developers only included a small list of providers, if your cable provider is not listed, you simply can't use the app.

Really?

At the end of the day, we just want to use the app as a remote control, therefore why the need of naming a cable company.

In Puerto Rico, the complete island of over 5 million people is Liberty Cable, yet with such amount of clients, We can't use the app because it's only for the few cable providers listed.

Not apparent that the Demo will work for companies not listed.

The app worked great previously. Not knowing that your cable company needed to be listed as a Brand, I downloaded the update. Now since Consolidated Cable is missing, I thought the app would no longer work.

Update: It does appear that the Demo mode will allow you to use the app as a guide; however, that is not readily apparent.

It works ok

I'm not sure if other people weren't doing it right with the bad reviews, but it connected to my arris gateway no problem. Listed all my media players. We're some bugs in the app but overall did what I wanted. App still needs to be worked on though

Update broke connections

Have not been able to use app on iPhone or iPad since update on March 5. found and entered the 8 digit code. It indicated the device was successfully added but then said bad request same as before. Please fix the app!!

The March 5, 2015 update broke the app for all iOS devices.

Suggestion...

The app tells the user to enter the 8-digit code shown on the TV screen. It doesn't tell the user that you need to go to a certain menu on the TV to make the code display.

The next app update should include a message on that screen telling the user which menu options to select to show the code on the TV. Don't make the user call the cable company to find out how to show the code!
