It’s ok

Ok for basic review/access to digital benefits card, but convenience level is low. Have had issues uploading photo to submit claim for WSA a few months back so had to do it on my laptop, and now going through recent dental claims, won’t let me type in amount of claim covered in order to submit remainder to my HSA, so now once again have to go login to my laptop instead (ex/ when prompted to type in how much of the service was covered by another plan, when I try to type in $39.01, it stops accepting and shows up as $3.90).

Won’t upload a new claim

Latest update won’t allow a new claim from the app, just signs out when I hit submit

Not bad

Not a bad app but I can’t see any of my claims, only the amount and date. So I never know which is which!

Hi Tysnell, thanks for sharing your experience! We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. Fortunately, the latest app update should resolve this issue. In the meantime, you can view all claim details by tapping on individual claims.

Not updated

I tried to submit a claim and it wouldn’t allow me to do so. I tried to submit it at least 6 times.

Not updating usage even 2 weeks later

The app is not responding to any usage of given categories, even 2 weeks later. Usually within 2 days the app would be accurate of what coverage has been used.

Update needed?
Haven’t seen any yet.

It’s alright

When it’s working properly it’s an easy to use app. Right now I can’t get the service provider section to work. It keeps sending me to Edmonton even though I don’t like there and not showing anything other than a map.

Blocked

I can't even login without a prompt telling me to update the app when there is NO UPDATE available. I'm forced to close the app and be at the mercy of not being able to do anything. FIX THIS

Edit: tried deleting the app and redownloading it. Said that I couldn't download the newest version, assuming because I have an iPhone SE. Why not make it so that earlier versions are compatible too?

Our app requires iOS 11.0 or later so we’d like to dig into your issue a little deeper.

Great new features

Love the new navigation and the notices in the little bell thingy. This app looks great and has almost everything I need I barely ever use the website now.

Useless

Couldn’t even log into it. Wouldn’t accept my user name nor password. Can’t even write a review. Guess it doesn’t like negative reviews!

Great set up

I love how easy it is to navigate around this app and the Touch ID feature is pretty awesome. I’m not that tech savvy but you don’t need to be to use this app. This app is well organized and makes it convenient to review and submit claims.
