Edit: tried deleting the app and redownloading it. Said that I couldn't download the newest version, assuming because I have an iPhone SE. Why not make it so that earlier versions are compatible too?

Please email us at appsupport@asebp.ca with the iPhone and app versions you were/are using so we can resolve this matter as soon as possible. Our app requires iOS 11.0 or later so we’d like to dig into your issue a little deeper.
