Can’t have two users

We have two teachers in our family. I can no longer log out one user and log in as the other.

Hi there! We’ve looked into this and as long as you each have an active My ASEBP account and you’ve completely logged out of one account before trying to log in to the other, you shouldn’t have any issues—so we’re a little stumped! If you could shoot us an email at appsupport@asebp.ca and provide additional details (any error messages you’re receiving, your ASEBP ID numbers, etc.) we’d be more than happy to help you troubleshoot.

Can’t Login

The app used to work but now every time I try to sign in I get a message saying “encountered a problem. Try again later.”

Hopefully we can resolve the issue quickly and get you back into the app as soon as possible .

Can’t get in

This app used to be amazing but now it keeps coming up with a prompt saying “encountered a problem. Please try again later.” But it never works. Very disappointed.

App does not work!

The app force closes immediately after logging in. I deleted the app and re-downloaded but unfortunately got the same results. I hope to use the app one day when it works!
