Horrible app, worse customer service
This app is horrible. I am a new customer and I am seriously reconsidering whether I should use BCBSOK for my future insurance needs. App won’t let me log in, crashes and when I contacted technical support, I was told I have to re-register because my log in is only good for 18 months. I’VE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR 9 DAYS!!! When I told the CS rep this, he hung up on me! I would give this app a 0 star rating but it won’t let me.

Crashing upon login
I have the same issue as another poster. I go to login and the app requires me to update my password. I enter a new valid password and upon clicking “change password” the app crashes. I’ve tried this multiple times and it crashes at this same point every time - it won’t go through with the password change, because when I open the app back up I have to use my old password to login. The app is unusable for me because of this.

Wow! What a letdown!
New to this app. Doesn't show my deductible. Only claims it shows are for RX claims. Nothing for doctor visits, lab work, etc. Cost estimator does absolutely nothing. Takes you to a blank safari page. Coverage / Medical shows nothing but my ID , group #, etc. No info at all about what my medical coverage is. Hoped the new update would correct these issues. But no such luck. Certainly expected a lot more out of BCBS.
