  • Great all around app

    I've tried a bunch of workout apps and this is the most user friendly. I love the timer function that keeps me on pace in my workout without having to worry about it. And I love that I can see what my record and my last weights were during my previous workout. It helps me push myself and make sure I'm progressing. It also has a good bank of existing exercises and it's easy to add an exercise that's not there. The notes section lets me note the reps and sets I need to do for that workout and the rest time between sets. And it saves it in the workout so I don't have to keep looking at another app to see that info. The historical data doesn't seem to store well. I've used this app for about a year and a half, or more, and the saved data only goes back to June of this year right now, which is only a couple of months. It's always been like that too. But all in all, for what I use it for, I love it and use it every workout. It's a great app.

  • Great App

    I've been using this app for over a year. Very easy to use but also lots of great features. It really helps to keep me focused at the gym making my workouts efficient

    Use this every day to record what I've lifted. Much better than carrying round a notebook
  • Good but not yet great

    One of the better apps to use in the gym. I can create my own programs and track my progress, but the app has a few creases that need ironing out.

    Close to 5 stars, but not there just yet.
  • Feature request & bug report

    I absolutely love this app, and have been using it for many months now. The one feature I would like to see added is a way to see how many workouts I've done in a specified timeframe. Also, the app will crash if you back out of exercise while in a program and go into another exercise, and then back out again. One afterthought - a way to make daily notes would be great too.

  • Better than paper

    I use this app at least three times a week. It makes keeping track of my weights, sets, and reps easier. My one improvement would be to make a way for me to plan ahead workouts such that I could simply check boxes next to each lift as it is completed. I like to mix it up sometimes and this feature would help.

  • Great for lifting

    Great app! It is easy to navigate through and use. You can add exercises easily during a workout as well. The only two down sides to this app are that there is no pause during a workout (there used to be) and that you can look at exercise history during a workout. Other than those two thing the app works wonderfully!

  • They actually charge for this?

    This should NOT be a paid for app. It doesnt allow for super sets and the timer is NOT automatic. Its basically just a way to track your workouts like an excel sheet. The interface is decent, but in order for me to want to continue using this, I feel they need to actually try this while working out. You cant copy workouts in order to make a new day easier to log. I think the positive reviews on here are from the developers friends. I am requesting a refund.

  • Easy to use, efficient, effective

    I was recommended this app through the book Bigger, Leaner, Stronger and I was not disappointed. I needed something to log my workouts and this was perfect.

    I've tried a few - always come back to this. It's the best out there by a distance. Easy to use and track everything you need.
