  • Best workout app

This app has it all. Easy way to build training programmes and then track as you train. Big bonus is having apple watch functionality too which I use all the time.
  • This would be a 5 star rating, except....

    Updated from the original below....

Ok, I cannot explain it - I had received a message "for iPhone only" when trying to download more exercises, but I have since been unable to reproduce that scenario. Everything is working as hoped for. As such, I have changed my rating to a "5 star" as promised. Apologies all, not sure what happened before.

So again, awesome app, I use it constantly, keep up the good work ZERO ONE GmbH!

    Original rating:
".....no support for iPad. iPhone only? Boo! That said, the app is otherwise awesome. Works great, no glitches that I have encountered, lots of exercises (well, for iPhone users there are :P )

Come on guys, don't leave us iPad users out in the cold...we are into fitness too...."

  • Still my go-to

I've tried most of the other exercise/workout log apps and this is still my go-to. My recommendation to you is to find an app that looks about right, then look at the version history to see if it's actually updated over a long span of time. If it is, then one can generally assume you won't end up wasting time logging your data into something that won't be supported with future bug and feature updates. In this particular app's case, it's been supported for some time now, and the author actually cares about their users. This is the one for me! (Sidenote- is it me or does the head/face in the app logo look like a boy's head attached to a man's body? Lol. Irrelevant to the apps usability and functionality, just a fun note!)
UPDATE NOV 2017: still going strong with the great updates and support! Nice work!

  • Tried them all!

I’ve tried several different apps to record gym sessions over the years. With most of them, I’ve spent as much time fiddling with the app as actually exercising! Not now! Both the free and Pro versions give you just what you need to quickly record your workout and then send the data to the iOS Health records. Excellent app! The Pro version is well worth the money. Highly recommended!

  • Great app

I've been using this app for over a year now and I love it still! Logs all your activity and stores it in a calendar making it easy to remember what you did! Also you can make bespoke workouts to fit your needs!
  • Love It

This app has greatly improved my record keeping over my past log sheet. It allows me to customize my workouts for my powerlifting program and add/create any lifts I need. The measurements feature has me taking monthly measurements which I haven't ever done before. The timer keeps my workouts on schedule, and the alarm will interrupt my music to keep me on task. For someone who knows what they want to do this allows you to track it all.

  • Muscle

Help me alots for my training for what kinds of muscles 💪 I’m looking for . Very fantastic 👌🙌
  • Really good

Works so well for recording workouts. So much better than paper..
  • Excellent app but...

This app is excellent and extremely helpful. Updates have been well thought out and I have seen it become progressively more functional over the year(s?) that I have been using it. But... in my experience there are some serious connectivity issues with the Apple Watch (hence 4 stars, not the 5 I would have liked to give it)...

  • Great app but some minor UX issues

Great app and I love using it, but some of the following would be good:

    - doesn't allow portrait view on iPad App
    - doesn't sync across iPhone and iPad App (I use both at gym depending on what training I'm doing)

    Developer Response

There is no automatic sync feature for now. Will add it in one of the feature updates. However, there is a workaround for this. You can create an iCloud backup manually on your iPhone and restore the same backup on the iPad. This way you will have the same data on both devices. Portrait view on iPad is on my ToDo list.
