I had a lifetime premium with this app and that was taken away from me and replaced with subscription. I tried sending an email and instead got a very generic email, a copy and paste response. Sent another email, no response. I am a disabled pensioner battling multiple health issues including cancer. I have been very dependent on this app for a decade. I recommended this app to many people and have been loyal all this time. I have been let down! Most people who are using this app have health issues and are most likely financially disadvantaged. I have Bipolar disorder as well as my physical health issues and if I miss my meds it could have devastating consequences. I can see a lot of people relying on your app suing this company now. Especially with the sudden lockout without notice… disgusting. Medisafe does not care about their customers at all. Now finding an alternative. Extremely disappointing.

Good app, bad management
This is a great app. Very flexible for users various needs. It is a shame however that for an app that was free they now charge so much for it. $0 to $120 a year is a lot of money especially for those who rely on the app due to various medical conditions that might limit their income.
They say that they have 13,000,000 active users, that’s a lot of potential income “to support the ongoing costs of app development”. Shame on you to spring this on current users like you have.

Best Free App for keeping Me Alive Ever!
Medisafe Pill Reminder has been keeping me alive for these past 11 years as my Health has gotten steadily worse and my medications have become more and more in numbers. Without the Daily and then Hourly reminders take them, I wouldn’t be here. If I forget to take a dose, I get the reminder to let me know so I never miss a dose. No other free App does that and for this I am truly grateful as the cost of my medications are so expensive that sometimes I have to go without other things to afford them.

Problems with this app.
I think I’ve been using this app for around three years. The app has been great in the past but this year I get a review at the end of the week and it keeps telling me the same thing that I missed eight doses of my medicine. Now if I was older and maybe have problems with memory I would be worried about this… but I never miss a dose of my medicine. One pill in the morning one pill at night. It’s that easy. But I do like the back it up with an app so now I’ve just gone to one of my other apps on my phone that actually came with my iOS device. The company is always updating the app, but unfortunately, nothing changes with this problem. I don’t understand why it says this I even took the time tonight to review. And it actually showed that I did not miss any doses so I have no idea why it comes up at the top and says that I’ve missed eight doses this week. I don’t know if they’re just trying to get me to set alerts and get my email address or what. I really enjoyed the app, but I’m at a loss with what’s going on with it now. I’ll keep using it for a few more weeks then I’ll just download a different one or use the one on my iOS iPhone 16 Pro. I’m giving it three stars for what it was in the past. I just don’t understand with all these updates why it has not been fixed. Thank you.

Paid only subscription
Has of now the free tier is gone, i never cared for any of the paid features. Now that its paid only and even worse subscription only, im out, will find any other app
NO UPFRONT PRICE AVAILABLE FIR PREVIOUSLY FREE USE
This app was mostly useful for years and because it was free I could live with some of the clunky menus. Now I get a notice to update and must either remove all but 2 medications reminders unless I pay an unspecified amount. No price, no indication whether it is one time purchase or periodic payments forever. I tried searching for info but it was quicker to delete everything and get a different app.

Boo New Payment Plan
I have been using this app for over 4 years and have loved it until they announced they are implementing a payment plan that is required if you track more than 2 meds. I might continue if they introduced an ad version that was free but that is not an option currently. I will be looking for a new med tracking app ASAP! 👎🏻

Subscription charged
After many years of using this app they decided to make the app unusable and force the user to choose limited use or pay. The subscription price is unreasonable higher. So I’m no longer a user, way too expensive! Greedy!
