The ACCC Shopper app provides useful information on your consumer rights and includes tools to set reminders and keep copies of your receipts. You can use it to: • find answers to common shopping questions such as ‘when can I get a refund?’ • check what the new country of origin food labels mean • set reminders for your lay-bys, warranties and gift vouchers • store your receipts as photos on your phone • write a complaint letter or email to a business.   • Glitchy

    I love this App and would have given it 5 stars if it weren’t for the fact that it does not work well the the iPhone 15 pro. The App closes in the middle of searching for items I have stored. This also occurs whilst in the middle of trying to insert details of a purchase - it just shuts down and I lose what I have entered. Would love for this to be fixed!

    Very good app but keep crashing

  • Does not save receipts

    There is a glitch with this app that prevents it from saving invoices on iPhones with newer versions of software. I would not recommend this app if you’re intending to use it to store receipts. Try Google Drive or iCloud instead.
