Customer support is terrible
The game itself is great but I linked my account with Facebook and now it lost my account and there’s no way for me to get it back. I have to totally restart. I contacted customer support and they took 2 days to respond. After they did respond I sent them all of my info and it’s been 12 hours and they haven’t responded again. I don’t know what to do I already spent money on the game and had great progress. Guess I’ll just wait another 2 days.Show lessGrano42
Only problem is quests involve spending real money
The only thing I do not like about the game is quests involve spending real money and one of my quests expired before i got paidd. So, i lost my growth package before i got paid because i was too poor to buy it.Lights rage
