Good but a bit short
The app is excellent however the exercises are all fairly basic , which is a good thing if you have limited equipment, also the workouts aren't that long, which may also be a good thing.

Just okay
When I upgrade my phone it would NOT restore my purchase. It restored it on my iPad. I have contacted them THREE, they have NOT responded to my emails. The videos do not download. I always get error. I can hear videos but no picture.
