  • Well Organized

    This app looks like something that I can do on a daily basis. I'm starting at the beginning level and in that level there was only one exercise that I was unable to do it this time. The app seems to be primarily geared toward young strong people. I find it very difficult to locate apps that include people who are middle-aged and who are trying to get fit again. That's my only criticism. To the app creator: how about being more sensitive to the needs of people past 20 years old.

  • Audio/Video sync major issues

    What a disappointment. Wish I could get my money back. Seemed like it would have been a great app, but the audio/video doesn't sync up even after you delete and do a restore. For folks like ,e that need real structure in a workout, this is a bitter disappointment.
  • Won't fix audio

    I have written twice about the audio prompts that were broken with iOS 8. They have yet to fix this issue. It is the same with all their apps. The prompts start and then fade out. Their apps used to be my favorite but it is clear they do not care about even keeping their apps working properly. I have not seen an update in months.

  • Excellent addition to any workout!!!

    This is just what I was looking for to add to my workouts I do at home. I have successfully replaced blood pressure pills with diet and exercise, not to mention looking and feeling great! These ab routines are quick, doable and give a great sense of accomplishment coupled with the feeling of having worked those muscles!

    Started with the beginner workout. I am burning!
    Short workouts help because they are all you need. I always have ten extra minutes to work the abs. I love the video that comes with the workout to make certain you are doing the exercises correctly.
  • Epic app.

    This is an amazing app, and it works!!! I have been using this app for 2 now and I see progress on my abs. I use it 2 times a day 6 days a weeks. I first started off with the beginner exercise and than intermediate. Next week is advanced :)

    This is a great app, they have workouts I'd never seen or heard of, defiantly gave my abs something to think about!! Highly recommended!!!
  • Simply Awesome

    I'm a bit heavy, and this app helps me get through an entire workout that's simple enough regardless of my weight and the fact that I don't know how to work out my abs. Great app for anyone who wants to tone up and keep in shape.
