The Prevost Tools App is the perfect tool to find a multitude of information and support for your North American Prevost or Volvo coach, in just a click or two on your smart device, either phone or tablet. New features are being added to give more support to our customers. Operational efficiency is vital to coach businesses and operators, and the new Prevost App is the ideal paperless solution providing instant reach of service, warranty or parts information such as: • Technical manuals, wire and pneumatic diagrams and technical publications. • Warranty online access for filing claims. • Parts ordering online. • My Bulletins, containing vehicle-specific information Aftermarket support is crucial to the business and the App enables operators to connect with PASS Road assistance support, find the closest service location in the extensive Prevost network, or can be used to manage vehicle(s) performance via the telematics system. • Prevost Action Service System support 24/7 • Prevost Service Contacts • Prevost Service Locator – Find the closest service point based on your location. • Drivers guides • Prevost Liaison (telematics system) Another feature in the new App allows users to stay up to date with the latest vehicle models using the built-in image gallery. The user has the option to save the image to their device camera roll, therefore allowing to proudly set any image as a wallpaper for the device. The Marketing Tool feature provides marketing materials which can be customized for your business and incorporated into marketing activities to your customers. It is also a handy way to scroll and order some nice Prevost merchandise directly from your device. Prevost converters can easily access the Converter Portal with secure access already in place. To change language of app from your default, please go to Settings, General, International and chose language English, French or Spanish.
