The concept/App has an awesome potential, but you need to put the responsibility to the customer to pickup the card and register themselves, let them download the app, enter the card number, do everything themselves, then when used, the store scan it, all good. Today my Duffy’s need to do the registration, I gave my email, DOB, details at least 5 times, and cannot register in the app, error always, coming back, provide the Card to them… I do not exist…. this is a failure. Please reverse the registration process, let me do it all, make it usable.
