Horrible
Ever since they rolled out there new app this has been a disaster. Two orders first one forgot the salad and dressing and gave me all the wrong sauces. Took two attempts to get customer service - was given a small credit after spending 30 minutes with this incompetent company. This time order wbc paid - no delivery - no acknowledgement no emails or phone called - only order completed note on the app - DISASTER - COMPLETE DISASTER - called customer service 4 times - never get anyone - no call backs - wonder how many hours I’ll have to deal with this out right incompetence before I get a tiny credit - AVOID AT ALL COSTS - to me this is likely out right and blatant incompetence but it boarders on fraudShow lessLazy people ruin everything
I’ve ordered online twice now for a specific pick up time, then came 5-10 minutes later just in case and when I get there they haven’t even started making my food yet. Ordering ahead of time on the app is basically pointless because everyone that works at pollo is lazy and doesn’t actually do their job. This happens every time I order food on an app. I don’t know the point of ordering 30 Minutes early if you’re not going to make the food until I tell you I’m there to pick it up.Show lessNeeds work!
I’ve been using the app for quite sometime now and it works fine but unfortunately when you go to the stores to pick up it takes FOREVER for someone to help you. Most of the time the employees are busy and don’t pay attention when you are standing at the counter.
Recently the app has been updated and now you can no longer scan your receipts for missing orders. The stores in my area don’t know how to scan your rewards card and I end up not getting credit if I don’t order through the app.
Most recently I ordered through the app and tried to pick up my order in the drive thru since the employees don’t pay attention at the counter). After sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes I was told my order wasn’t ready even though it had been more than enough time. The manager claims my order was never received even though I was charged. All around this ‘upgraded’ app has only gotten worse.Show less
