Shouldn't have launched. Needs more development
Was just charged £33/$40 by my provider because the app cannot distinguish between country codes and phone numbers in different areas.
I assigned two numbers to my account, one UK and one US, the app didn't automatically connect via my US number when calling a US conference number. There is not an option during the call in process via mobile to choose. So now I face fees that uberconference refuses to remedy as they were "incurred by the provider".
Terrible customer service as well .
If you can't take the time to develop an app properly, don't release it.

Get timezones wrong
Near impossible to properly set up a meeting if you are in Europe as you have no control on the timezone
Dialled long distance number
I joined a conference and app dialled long distance number without asking permission. Was not even logged in

I've used a dozen similar Apps and Uber Conference stands out from the crowd as intuitive, intelligent and innovative. Nice work.
App only dials US number
This app cost me £70 when it dialled out to an international number rather than a local number. Would be better if it used VoIP or allowed you to set your location.
Clear calls - excellent services
Rarely does a new telephony service impress me any more but I have to admit this is a stellar product.
As I am running a fast growing start up we have been able to use the conference services and are planning to add the subscription model for all our staff across Canada and the USA.
And I love the on hold music - uploading your own is cool but we love the cheeky versions that are standard. Our sales team rarely misses being first on the call or the conversation with clients is all about the hilarious on hold music.
