Great for relaxing before sleep, or a gentle progressive wake up. The app has to run in the background to work, so the phone needs to be on charge while you sleep. If it wasn’t for that & the fact that a lot of sounds & brain wave options are locked unless you pay, I would have given 5 stars.FastbikeFi

Love the level of customization allowed with the wake-up alarm. The sleep sounds are a bonus for those who need some ambient noise to fall asleep. My fav feature would have to be the timers allowed on both wake up and sleep soundssnoo247

Cons-
It works for me but only sometimes. I don't know if you have to have the app open the entire night for the alarm to go off or what because when I have this app in the background sometimes or when my iPhone screen is locked the alarm doesn't go off and it's rather irritating. I wish the app developers can fix this issue right away. I would rather not have to depend on having my phone connected to a charger all night so it doesn't lose battery in order to hear my alarm go off. Also when I try to name my alarm sometimes it doesn't take the name and instead names it itself to program #1, #2 and so on depending how many alarms you have saved.
Pros-
I love this app because of the soft sounds that you get to pick for your alarm and the alarm slowly wakes you up starting with the sounds really quiet working they're way louder and louder.Show lessjines38

Great when it works
The sounds are so relaxing and allow you to wake up without typical irritating or aggravating alarm noises. You do have to keep it open for it to work which is annoying and occasionally I don’t hear it. However it is definitely worth a try and I’ll never use my regular phone alarm again unless it’s something urgent for which I cannot oversleep.Show lessLecomte--90
Mostly good
The app I think is good. The layout of the app is confusing to me. There are lots of colors and textures vying for your attention and until you realize that the selected item is slightly discolored on the right side, you’ll have a little trouble figuring out exactly how to program what you want. Once I figured out that the slight discoloration on the right side means that it’s selected, it got a little easier. But the overall design is very, in my mind, overly colorful. It’s a little bit busy.
Having said that, I’m still not sure that the monaural or the binaural beats work. That may be me and the way I hear rather than anything having to do with the app.

Free version has to be reset every night
I liked just about everything in this app except 2 things - the cost for the full version and having to reset the alarm every night.
Cost. Enough said. Lots of other free versions about there... yes, to do everything this app does, anyone would have to download a combination of apps... it could be done. If not, pay for premium to have it in one app.
There is no "repeat"alarm setting. The repeat alarm setting is a little thing that could easily be taken care of. In the meantime it has to be reset every night. If not, no alarm. I couldn't trust it to be there when I needed it...
3 stars - subtracted one star each for the above. To. E honest, I expected more considering the number of 5 star reviews.

So far I love this app BUT..
This app is amazing! I love the setup, the options, and it definitely helps me sleep. It's really cute BUT... I wish it was a little bit cheaper to be able to enjoy the rest of the app. Maybe even 2-3 dollars? I have a different sleep app that does all the same things but it was only a dollar! And for a dollar you can still continuously download new sounds uploaded daily. So $7 dollars is a little logically unreasonable to pay for the same thing. The only thing I can't have with the other app is the guided meditation, which is great!! But...I've also found a separate app that was free that has that :/ I'm sorry I know $7 is out of this world pricey but it just doesn't seem logical for myself so I will continue to enjoy what I can here for free because it is absolutely awesome!! Used it every night so far and if it were a little cheaper I would probably pay for the full version. :) Thank you for an amazing app!Show lessHintheJerz

Sooo good
I always need something playing when I'm going to sleep and this is perfect! When I'm at my dads I put the air conditioning on which is loud and helps me sleep but in only there for 1 night when I'm at home this is what sends me to sleep. It's amazingMe (shannon)
