Excellent/Efficient/Perfect

I’ve been using Easy Invoice for 8 years now, it has never let me down. It does all that I need and much more. So easy to set up, swift to send an invoice and manage payments and my books. To top it off, Mark and his team of customer support staff are extremely efficient and will go the extra mile to resolve your question and in some cases implement features suggested by us the customers. Will continue with my annual subscriptions and will always recommend them to anyone needing a simple answer to an on the go invoice system.

What a joke, digging for cash.

I used this for years, I migrated to the new system and they sent an email saying my migration had an issue contact support. Except I need to PAY for a subscription just so I can contact their tech team via email, now I’m locked out close to tax season. Be careful if you value your business don’t use these folks.

Sorry, not quite sure what you mean. You have always needed to pay a modest monthly (or yearly) fee to use EasyInvoice. That hasn't changed with our new system, nor has the price increased. Please contact us using http://support.easybooksapp.com/discussion/new so we can resolve this issue.

Hi Shelmad, we are sorry that you are experiencing this issue. Apple made an update to their Xcode which stopped this working for us. We have a temporary fix, which isn't perfect but it is a little better than the email not being carried across. When you click 'Send' Invoice, the app automatically copies your Customer's email to the clipboard, then when the email opens and attaches your invoice, you just tap and paste into the 'To' field and it will paste that customer's email address. I own my company and we are small. No employees except my husband and me. I have 45-60 clients. Receivables only needed because I don’t have much overhead except equipment and basic maintenance, fuel, and job costs. I was keeping everything on Google sheets and handwritten invoices. Now I have real professional invoices easy to do in the office or on the go! I Keep track of services that make me the most money with this ap too! I had a question and they responded within a few hours. Totally suggest Easy Invoice!!!

Not as good.

Took forever to sinc. Had issues sharing account to my partner. It keeps crashing and does not recognize our accounts some times. Partner had to create a new account and it is being asked to purchase subscription instead of letting us work on the same account on a different device.

Back to Basix

If your a self employed person, looking to send straight forward invoices no whistles and bells, this is a good start. I like that it keeps it simple, you can add a logo no problem, and include all the other information to get you paid, which is most important. I think once you get your customer templates setup (save all contact info. on your iPhone first) then it’s smooth, fill in the blanks stuff. In general it does what it says on the tin! Will let you know after a few months though, I’m still new…

Don’t bother

This program served me well and was cost effective for small hobby businesses. Now somehow I've been tricked into purchasing there other app that costs more to run with a great deal of features as a small business I don’t want nor need!
