I have been using the metro services in GZ for 10 years now. It is reliable, it is efficient, it is clean and in good order, the stations are well managed, staff is very helpful, and always on time. Where else in the world they can match this ?

the app only functions in Chinese
there’s an option to change the language, but if you do the app does nothing. This shouldn’t be advertised as supporting other languages if changing the language makes the app useless.
Buggy
I used to use this app quite often, then I moved to another city. Now that I’m back, I redownloaded this app and it’s very buggy. When I click on the shortcuts on the front page, the app closes. And the map is unresponsive most of the time. I cannot change keyboards in the app either from English to Chinese… please fix this app
