Ease of banking on iPhone
App is easy to use and keeps me up to date with everything that I need access to. I love being able to manage my cards from the app too.
Slow and laggy
Super slow and is always down and not working. Also kicks me out of my account all the time

When it isn’t crashing, it’s slow. It will occasionally forget your log in info for no reason.

Slow, old and useless
This app is outdated, slow, and pretty much useless when compared to other mobile banking apps. It performs like any mobile banking app from a third world country. P2P network is the worst. most banks use zelle to handle p2p payments while this one uses pop money which practically no other bank uses thus making p2p with other banks incompatible.

The App
I’ve been with First Federal since 2000. Even though I go in to the bank maybe once a year, I still get addressed by name. Great app. The only issue I have with the iOS version is it should not allow screen shots like the Android app does.

Very basic
Would be nice if I could see my mortgage information and eventually pay my note by being able to transfer funds ...

Not Compatible
I think this app would be great because I've seen it on other devices. Unfortunately, it's not compatible with iPod 5 even though I have iOS 6. I really need this app!
