Useful app but...

2. Export video...
Is it logical to have options save clip to iPhone album? I don't talk about email clip.

It's OK... Solution to trouble connecting.
Definitely not overflowing with features, but convenient if you needed to watch a video of something that just happened.
Live-View doesn't work on the iOS version.
If you are having trouble connecting, the wifi password can only be 8 characters long. It drove me nuts trying to solve this one, but I eventually figured it out. Now all devices can connect.
This app shouldn't be a factor when getting a blackvue. It is extremely inferior to to quality of the hardware. Pittasoft is great with hardware and horrible on the software side.Show lessSamTheDentist
Needs update
No live view, video glitches when playing back recorded videos. Can't save to camera roll for sharing... :(Adrian7892
Ugly but works
This app is as ugly and in intuitive as they come. Once you figure it out it will work though.
First make sure your BlackVue camera is supported. You can't connect if your camera doesn't support WIFI (and you connect to it's network)
The menu at the top has additional options if you scroll left/right. I didn't notice that for a while.
Cleanup the interface, use high res images, and implement proper iPhone 5 support (use the entire screen) and I will rate it higher. In the meantime this looks like it was just thrown together and it shows.Show lessfranklam

I have to agree the instructions are less then helpful. To date I'm unable to actually view live footage and connecting via wifi is very difficult via iPhone but overall well worth the price :)Ala bamma
Does what it says
Easy way to view your recording direct from you blackvue device. Compatible with DR500-GW HD easy to connect. Downloading of files can be a little slow, but once downloaded are clear. Very useful. Can also be used to alter settings without having to remove SD card.Keith Farrow
Great app and camera
The app is designed to work with the wifi 500GW camera; obviously if you don't have a blackvue wifi camera it's not going to work.
The app and camera are great but I hope blackvue adds an option to the app to export videos.Onecad

A very nice little app, and a must if you have the latest blackvue in car camera, the manual is a little lacking in using the app, and a tip is that the menu at the top swipes, this give you access to the live view etc, come on guys we need one for the iPad now ...Gary

2nd up date at present there seems to be a conflict between apple systems and google maps, with some GPS mapping being 100s of km out..Show lessGary Wa
