Not sure if this is an April Fools' joke? Either way, I will make sure the next version is accurate for sine sweeps and pink noise. In my recent findings I can say Fourier based analyzers are very inaccurate for pink noise, the properly calibrated version of FrequenSee should be superior.Why did you change it??

I’m a sound engineer and found the old visualizer to be so helpful and accurate! Now I can’t use itgnorse

Version 3.1 won't freeze on iOS 16. Proper line drawing will come back in the next version. Accuracy is currently also top priority. The new version will merge the responsiveness of the current version with the smoothness of the old version and will be more accurate than ever.Malfunctioning

Yes, there are plans for adding an option for suitable short-term averaging and improving upon the new frequency measurement system. If possible we want to avoid going back to the traditional Fourier-based analysis though, because we are not convinced by its accuracy. The goal is to achieve human-like perception quality.Iop on iPhone 6+

This analyzer is just o.k. Biggest gripe, it only goes down to 50 Hz. It's very very basic. No options. Can't save to compare several after making changes to the stereo settings or room acoustics.John in Montana
