Items marked as delivered but never received even after 20 days
Please never use extra home delivery. If you want to know why, contact them on their hotline and see if you will be able to talk to anyone. You won’t. Its just a fake number and nobody answers.
I ordered on 2nd April with estimated delivery on 11th Feb. The order was marked as delivered on 19th April but I never received the shipment even today that is 22 April.
Nobody picks up my calls, respond to emails or on twitter. I wasted 1000 SAR.

تطبيق عادي - خدمات سيئة
التطبيق عبارة عن واجهة لصفحة اكسترا على الإنترنت.
مافي شيء مميز مقارنة بالمنافسين.
ما جربت خدمة التوصيل وأفكر في حال عندي احتياجات اجربها.
جربت خدمة تسهيل للأقساط.
وش أقول وش أخلي، طبعا أخلاق موظفي المبيعات مثل العسل، بس يتم تدبيس العميل بقسط، تبدأ مرحلة البهدلة وإيقاف الخدمات، مندوبي الفرع يقولوا مالنا شغل، راجع الإدارة.
وكل ما اتصلت فيهم يشغلون موسيقى الانتظار، عاد أنت وحظك. وفوق كذا مافي تجاوب حتى بعد سداد المستحقات، يعني إذا تم تسجيلك في سمة راح تتعلق شهور معهم.
محدثكم: عميل عنده تعثر في سمة بسبب اكسترا.

The app is extremely slow and heavy. a simple example of missing features is when searching for TV’s, you need to add a filter for screen size, and year released.
Refresh all the time
I’m unable to explore any product once the product appears it gets reload again and stuck in in infinite loop 😪

The website doesn’t work, nor does the app. Translation to english nor the change if country works. Links hardly open, and when they do, the page does not open fully. Time to embrace the online world, but this is the weakest attempt, Extra!

18 times I add items to my cart from scratch, every time I open the cart the app empties it and I start again!!! Infuriaaaaaaating!!!!!!
Alternatively, every time I get 10 items in the app crashes and when I relaunch the cart is empty! I have an account, I am signed in, there is no reason for my cart to keep self emptying!
It’s like you don’t want ppl to complete their purchase, your making it really hard to shop from your store online, well, your loss, invest in fixing your app or keep losing customers!
