  • So dissatisfied....

I have been completely unable to access any issues since October 2018. I have tried restoring purchases, reinstalled the app, and have contacted the publisher several times.
I really like this magazine, but I will have no choice but to cancel my subscription in March. Even then, I feel RS owes me a refund ....

  • This app CRUCIALLY needs to be updated

I have been using your app for years now because it is the only way I am able to read Rolling Stone magazine through my iPhone/iPad. In my recent years of using this app, I have been anticipating an updated release that is tailored towards the newer updates of iOS and the newest hardware updates for Apple’s iPhones. Time and time again, I have been disappointed with the user interface for the app and my reading experience for Rolling Stone magazine has diminished. The app severely needs to be updated and I need to feel the satisfactory rush of joy again when I have finished reading the latest issue of Rolling Stone. PLEASE UPDATE!! IM BEGGING YOU!

I am honestly thinking about cancelling my subscription due to this situation because it’s not a solid reading experience anymore.

  • I want my money back!

Since last update app crashes whenever I try to navigate the magazine. Neither Rolling Stone nor Apple offers any solution...or refund!!
  • Print Edition Exceeds It’s Former Glory, iOS Edition Still Disaapoints

This summer I was close to giving up on Rolling Stone after 30 years as a subscriber. Then, with the arrival of the June edition they won me back. Now that the print edition has been upgraded, how about doing the same for the iOS edition? The recurring issue that has been annoying subscribers who wants to enjoy RS on their iPads remain: I just renewed my subscription for another 2 years, yet I am once again faced with the inability to download the latest issue. Yes I know, if I play around with the “restore purchases” setting long enough it will eventually work. Come on, Rolling Stone, either get off the digital platform or provide us with a stable iOS edition.

  • Rolling Stone app

Timely stories , always right on the mark - good information on new bands . I did get help with an app problem and the fix worked!

    Same!

App is glitchy. I can download 2 or 3 new issues then the app locks up and I'm unable to load any more issues. I then have to delete the app and re download it just to access my previous issues as well as new ones. It's too bad, the content and image quality of the issues is great. I love reading Rolling Stone but these performance issues for this app need to be resolved!

  • Why can't you give zero stars to an app?

I've been a loyal reader for years, and as much as it pains me to delete this app, I must because I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO READ CONTENT THROUGH IT FOR OVER A YEAR. Have you tried to contact the app developer? Don't bother. The form doesn't work. The link to "Click here to see answers to the most frequently asked questions" doesn't work. So I'm going to email bomb every email address at Rolling Stone that I can to try and get them to get a decent app developer to provide a good app for their publication, because Werner Media, whoever they are, ain't it.

The worst part is that Wenner Media is the owner/publisher of Rolling Stone, They clearly don't have the resources in-house to write a good app and provide proper support for it. I wish RS would look to the app writers for Wired or The Atlantic for a model that supports paid subscribers and allows free limited browsing for casuals.

  • Luv RS but troubles with app

This iTunes subscriber has trouble from time to time viewing new issues...had to reload app...wish it could get fixed
  • Piece of crap

Latest update won't let me download new issues. No support. No help.
  • Good app

In general is a good app, but some time is glitchy and you have to reinstall it to make it work
