Fantastic app

So easy to use and save favourites just a totally fluid app.
As for Zalando deliveries are always on time and product as are as stated.
I like that they tell you the size of item the model has on and his height I think that is a good little touch.
They email you if something you want that is out of stock comes back into stock, I think it’s ace and will continue to use them. Big thumbs up 👍

Great designer clothing for + size men

My husband loves designer clothing, but is so limited to what he can fit in, when it comes to designer clothing. Most outlets and websites skimp on quality, and size, as soon as you go into plus sizes.... until Zalando.. purchased a Tommy Hilfiger Hoody, and WOW ... quality is exceptional ... just like you’d buy directly, no skimp on quality, no skimp on size, stunning finish, I’m literally in love with it ... phenomenal.. Also brought a Tommy Hilfiger Polo Shirt and puffa jacket, again, perfect quality, stunning finish, no skimping on size or quality, and the price was less than a third of the normal retail, without the third if the quality, of anything, I was shocked how stunning the finish quality really was. If I could give these guys a million stars, I truly would ... if your a plus size guy, this is the app to have ... might destroy your bank balance, but better than paying designer prices and getting designer quality, than some of these sites, that still sting you on designer clothing, and when it arrives it’s market quality.

Love Zalando

I love Zalando and I’m so glad my sister told me about it since burying from Zalando I hardly go anywhere else it’s my first go to if I’m looking for something in particular. I will also say that the interaction I have had with the customer service staff has been courteous, friendly and helpful
10/10 service keep up the good work!

Never disappointed

One of the best App ever, always on track with their order and delivery.

ideal payment method doesn’t work

Do you mind fixing the redirect from the bank app to the Zalando app when paying through iDeal? It never works, it always redirects me back to website after I confirm payment on the banking app and it needs at least 5-10 minutes after the money is taken out of my account for the order to show up under my orders. Furthermore, I never reach the confirmation page. Also, is there a reason why I can only view the app in Dutch when shipping to the Netherlands? Why couldn’t the language be changed to English at least?

Honest review, And some help back

Firstly I wanted to talk about the service of the app and layout. This shopping app has very easy and standard layout for everyone to access the things they need and what they are looking for when it come to shopping, furthermore what’s the most suitable for them. To and extent as a regular shopper I’ve been using this app for as long as I can remember therefore I would give my honest opinion on it. The stock and the clothing recommendations are relatable to me and I would originally go for these types of clothes. Furthermore the delivery is semi attainable and maybe could be a little faster as whenever I order something it takes about 4-5 days for my standard delivery which is decent however could be better since other shopping apps deliver it Within 2 days for standard delivery. Overall whenever it come to shopping I always keep Zolando as a first option as the prices and quality of the clothes are fantastic and reliable.

Too an extent I wanted to discus a deal for you lovey workers. I start my six form( college) soon and wanted to do some shopping however this is where I wanted to ask for something back. I wanted to see if it was possible for me to get some free clothes or pay for some and get some for no cost as i would be tremendously happy with whatever you could offer me. Please just think about it thank you!

iOS devs, have you heard of save state?

Wonderful app apart from the very few things that frustrates me every time I use this app (which is quite often).

1. Have you heard of save state? I have an iPhone X and every time I go out of the app for a minute, the app loses its state and restarts the whole app. Meaning I’ve lost all the filters I’ve added to find the items I want and I have to re enter them all over again. This should be a basic feature to be honest.

2. I want to provide feedback without giving you such a low rating on the app. The only problem is, you’ve programmed it to use the default native email app which people are using less and less and resorting to the use of Sparky (like myself). Thus, it will not allow me to send you an emailing detailing my feedback. A solution to this would to just have a feedback box to send a feedback which acts like an email. This will reduce the layer of the email app (whatever it may be) and reduce the headache overall.

Apart from this the app is very well put together, quite smooth other than the web views that you’re taken to at the bag to the checkout.

Absolutely ridiculous

I’ve tried to make an order three times now using Zalando both on my phone and my laptop. Every time after few days I would get an email saying they had to cancel my order because the items are out of stock. But when I would go and check if that’s true, the items are still all in stock in my selected sizes. Then I decided to call the customer services and asked why I’m not able to use their services .... since I’ve tried 3 times now with different devices and different payment methods and it’s still happening. They said to me it’s due to security problems ... so the items were in stock (although my email said they weren’t ... ) and the real reason of these cancellations is unknown. When I asked what ‘security problems” mean - they said they don’t know what it means and what’s the real reason. So ... GREAT. They told me they will look Into it and email me, but that never happened. First time it has ever happened to me with any online shopping - and I purchase things online all the time. Never had a problem like this. Seriously frustrating that I just simply can’t buy anything on Zalando for no reason given and the customer service team is not even able to help me with the problem.

needs more filter to help users locate products

Zalando holds an insane amount of items but filters available are not great in facilitating you to locate products. For example skirt length, dress length, dress occasion, even materials- wool, stretchable, lining/no lining etc. Though I love what it has to offer I find that I don’t very often end up with a purchase simply because things are not quite what I’m looking for. Otherwise, I don’t really have any issue with customer service and delivery and returns, although free delivery offer could be nice.

Zolando

Great app for all kinds of clothing an footwear, only thing, you’re paying for the real deal clothing brands 100% quality, some sales but a lot of merchandise is of top quality whatever the brand so yourself paying for brand, quality, also any problems with any orders there are no quibble with getting all problems resolved as quickly as possible to keep all customers happy.
Masel’..., I’ve probably spent between 4-600 £’s worth of goods and recommend this site to anyone who wants goods at quality standards, then this is the app for you, also you always seem to get voucher codes when you buy, so you can take a percentage off your next buy....
