This App gives you a great 20 minute work out that is easy to fit in to a busy schedule.
Good for The 5am Club
I’ve recently started doing the 5am club and this workout is perfect for the 20mins of exercise you need to do first up. You don’t need to use any brain power at all and the lack of choice of workout is perfect to just get in and not procrastinate. I’d recommend to anyone who needs a simple 20mins to get the heart rate up.
However, there is little variety in app, most of the workouts contain all the same exercises just in different patterns

Good app
I’m really enjoying this app, I’m just starting back into a workout routine after a few years of laziness and this app offers really good exercises for all levels, nothing too fancy where you gotta watch a video to clarify every movement before you can attempt it, nothing like that. There are just two improvements I would love to see, one is a progress tracker that shows how many more exercises left to complete the workout, and the other is some music or talk during the workout, gets lonely. Otherwise great app!

Great App
My P.E. Teacher said you should exercise 20 minutes everyday. At first I thought to myself, that’s gonna be hard I have to plan out everything and when I will be able to workout. One day I had no energy and I just finished eating a cheeseburger and I felt horrible. I called one of my friends and she said she downloaded an app that helped her exercise and she felt great. I decided to search up 20 minute workouts on the App Store and I found this amazing app. It’s perfect! Since I started using this app I have started to lose weight and feel great. Of course I had to plan out my diet but this is an amazing app, it definitely helped me. I don’t know how I would be without it. This is a great app for beginners like myself who wanna lose weight and feel great.

I'm badly out of shape due to the job i've been doing for the past 8 years, travelling round the country, working long hours.
I've just started a new job closer to home and not having to work every weekend i was doing a clear out of the shed and found some old photos from my Thai Boxing days before i had any kids and just thought, "I need to get back in shape!"
I found this app and thought i'd give it a go. It's by no means anywhere near as hard as the training i did all those years ago, but if you want a gentle ease back to some kind of physical fitness, this app is perfect. I do this every day and jog 3 miles twice a week and i'm feeling 10 times better than i did 4 weeks ago in my old job.
