This app works. Plain and simple. I started only being able to do 3 pushups (I know, embarrassing). In two weeks, I did 40. It breaks them into manageable chunks per session, so it almost tricks you into doing more than you realize. Another great thing is the free version has NO ads until after the workout, at which point you can just shut it off anyway. What a breath of fresh air. It has reminders to get started and timers during the workout for breaks in between sets (default about a minute). I haven’t tried the pro version, but if it is just more of this, I don’t see what not to like. Simple, not cluttered, an app that delivers exactly what it promises with no B.S. That is a RARE find in a mobile App Store.

Very good application
Easy to follow and lots of options.
Won’t get you to 100 push-ups in 6 weeks unless you’re on steroids…
But overall still a handy little app to build strength and muscle. Just go into it knowing that once you hit a certain point you will be needing to repeat that week’s exercise a LOT of times before progressing to the next one.
Great but flawed
A great, simple app let down by the fact that the rest period between sets increases by 30 secs every session. The result is that if you work out three or four times a week, within a couple of weeks you accrues 3,4,5 minute rest periods between each set and can only get around this by manually adjusting it each time. I’ve raised it a couple of times and been assured that it’ll be addressed but it hasn’t been. This is very frustrating and spoils an otherwise excellent app.

I had use the app before and it didn’t work out however it was all my fault; barely any sleep, unhealthy eating, going on and off the app.
However on February the 7th I started again (this year) and have already increased my total max from 56 - 77 in 11 days (today was week 2 day 3)
I put my max reps at 25 and the programming was wonderful, many times I get like it was impossible when it says 19+ at the end but I always manage.
The results speak, and it’s fluent in facts. This app will get you to 100 push-ups. I’m already at 77. Hopefully by week 6 I will be at 115. Eventually when you restart it, you might be Able to do 100 push-ups in a Set!

great app
months ago when i started, i couldn’t even do 20 push ups. i hit a record 60 the other day. yeah really happy with it.
