As all credit card instant payments are processed by a third-party platform, your issue may be caused by a temporary disruption of the network or payment servers. If you’re still unable to login or use the App, please try other payment methods (e.g. FPS) or please send details below to HKBNbroadband@hkbn.net: Smartphone model, (Android /iOS version), HKBN Account No., date of your attempted login
