As all credit card instant payments are processed by a third-party platform, your issue may be caused by a temporary disruption of the network or payment servers. If you’re still unable to login or use the App, please try other payment methods (e.g. FPS) or please send details below to HKBNbroadband@hkbn.net: Smartphone model, (Android /iOS version), HKBN Account No., date of your attempted login0 star - Crappy app user experience
Imagine if you wanna check IDD usage... where is it??? it is hidden somewhere, and it gives me “system failed”xd~

Bad app
Visa check out is horrible. Impossible drag the bar to checkout. App is slow and worst the the one before.sonictrend

This app doesn't provide anything more than what I can get online. Why doesn't HKBN provide access to webmail? Only available through mail server.New@apps

Despite the app description stating it's in English, the app is only in Trad Chinese. I like apps like this to pay my bills, etc., but have to wait for the update for English version...First user in HK
