Live TV streaming is a joke
The app is unable to run the live TV streaming! Every time it can only stream for 30 Sec or less and then freeze. The only way to restart is to close the channel and then re-enter. Then within 30 sec it freeze again. What a waste of time!!需找气运

May we know what the issue encountered ? Was the app recently updated from an older version ? Would reinstalling the app help ? We are aware of an issue where if an app was updated from an old version would cause problems, but would be fine after a reinstall. We've rolled out a new version. Please see if the issue still occurs.Wont work

Pretty useless even for a Starhub Cable subscriber
I'm a long time Starhub subscriber and this service is pretty useless. They have advertised this service as a means for you to watch your subscribed channels on the go but it does not provide you such. This is nothing more than an add-on in order to get more money from existing subscribers. I am now seriously considering cancelling my cable subscription and just sticking with Netflix and youtube for TV and mobile entertainment.Show lesskerelenko
Keeps crashing
When attempting to watch 'Live TV', it keeps crashing. Despite numerous attempt to contact Customer Service and Technical Support, through emails, there was no response.Mgkksk
Error playing live TV
After upgrade to new version of the app on iPad, I keep getting a 'Response tree invalid (nil)' error while trying to play Live TV! Please fix.ajayksh_75G
