It’s old and outdated
Even the updates take this platform backwards. While I continue to use it, it’s only because I haven’t yet found a better solution. I’m done with this company until they start caring about their what their users want. They are clearly out of touch.JPDownsMortgage

Not easy to use in iphone
It’s a great app in web browser.
On my iphone, I have to tap the menu or “leer en Español” or the user profile icon, several times for it to work.
Also, the Spanish version (leer en Español) has never worked for me. I am a bilingual loan officer so I see a lot of Spanish speaking people.
I suggest a Spanish version we can use in web browser. I would like to offer my Spanish clients, the same level of service and professionalism as my English speaking ones.Show lessAndber29
