Terrible app
Dread this app. Have to uninstall and reinstall so many times. Terrible online support after business hours. Need to invest into a better platform. This 2021!!
BAD
By far one of the worst banking apps out there. It’s always glitching and can never log in as easy as other banks. Everything from Face ID to mobile check deposit. BAD!!!
Never works
It would be nice if they fix the app issues and make it work. ITS BEEN DOWN FOR A WEEK NOW. Fix your app!!
Worst App
The Eagle Bank App never works. It is the worst app that I’ve ever encountered. In most instances the app forces you to change your password every two weeks and most recently it keeps spinning and won’t even allow me to login. I keep getting constant errors of #0014. I thought the purpose of an app was supposed to make the customers life easier and more convenient. However, this app is extremely frustrating, counterintuitive, and adds more chaos to customers already busy and hectic schedules.

Barely works
Transactions show up in random order, log in issues, extremely limited functionality. Makes me wish I was with a larger bank who actually invests in its mobile app.
