Out of touch.
Can’t deposit a check from my phone. Can’t do electronic transfers in reasonable times. This app is hostile VPN, which makes no sense, because my bank account is the first thing I’d want to be on a secure network.
I still can’t use Apple Pay (I’m not sure why, it’s been significant for about 7-8 years now. iPhone isn’t going anywhere. 40% of smartphones in peoples hands are iPhones). This app & bank has a lot of catching up to do. It’s almost 2022 Afena, come on.

Now it logs me out every few seconds no matter what. I can’t even do ANYTHING productive without having to log in every 30 seconds for some reason. I’m guessing it’s some ridiculously overly secure safety ‘feature’. But when it disallows you to even do your own legitimate work, it’s counterproductive, overkill, and it completely defeats the purpose of helping your customers. Let’s fix this Afena.
All these flaws are not only reasonable requests, but expected features for 2021. And now it’s 2022. Let’s get with this decade.Show lessZack Daddy101
Constantly tells me “invalid sign on”
Instead of having me change my password it tells me “invalid sign on” upon opening even though everything is correct and have opened the app recently. It gets really annoying that I have to push “forgot password” all the time.Nickname 2007
