I feel like this app was not designed for those that rely heavily on their mobile devices or for people that have replaced their PC with a tablet.
I am very happy that my local credit union finally has a banking app however this is nothing more than a glorified browser with little added functionality and a lot of added frustrations. It is a pain to install on multiple devices as you have to receive an activation code for each specific device and there is no 24hour support(good
luck getting a code on a software restored device). The only support is through phone. I want true automated online technical support for my mobile banking. If your stuck in a different time zone good luck getting access to your banking info if locked out for any reason as you have to wait for afena to be open.
It also logs you out immediately when the app is closed. This is especially annoying when working with multiple banking/notes/budgeting apps. There needs to be a setting that allows you to stay logged in for a determined amount of time. On a less important note the app could use a UI refresh as the look is not very cohesive with the rest of the iOS 7 structure.
