Upgrade the App
It’s been five months since the app has updated. New slots machines and the horse betting is available on the windows version. However, for those of us who use the app, we don’t have access to those games. Vegas World developers need to do a better job of keeping the app updating so that everyone can enjoy the developments made in the game. Blackjack and losing track of you money..
I have a big problem withe the blackjack system... bets not be accurately accounted for... having to restart to find out what my real balance is. Losing to much and not responding wins make this game flawed to say the least. I would like a 20 million game credit in coins for the hassle of not being counted correctly and or taking advantage of the fact that I paused to play.. see what you can do. Free gem scam

fun but also frustrating at times
By and large I’ve enjoyed the app and the casino games for more than a year now.
However.
Lately all the app does is crash after mere seconds. I uninstall it, I reinstall it, I check to make sure I don’t need a software update, I know my internet speed is just as it’s always been. About it crashes, and it crashes, and it crashes.
and then when you fill out a help desk ticket thing - you always get told it’s your fault.

IPhone app issues
I used to play games on my iPhone and iPad as well as my desktop computer. One day about 5 months ago my husband and I both ran into issues playing on our i devices. Tried to resolve with help desk with NO satisfaction. Still cannot play on our i devices. Very frustrating.LookingSweet
Crashes
It’s a super fun game but it crashed so much that I had to delete it. However, I do play it on my laptop and it’s much more fun and it doesn’t crash!mayer12345
