It has some depth and is definitely a fine way to waste time at work. Not too pushy about in app purchases either.

No tutorial or explanation, except for a repetitive jabbing finger icon- which is the ONLY thing you can access for the beginning of the game. I played for 5 mins with zero control, following ponting-finger prompts without even a hint of what I was supposed to do /end game /what the "game" aspect of this is. Then I was forced into a "battle" I didn't want to fight, and was promptly slaughtered, then admonished for my "loss," even though there was NOTHING ELSE I COULD DO.
I built rooms with no idea what they did, was completely overwhelmed by the many different and unexplained menus, and spent all my income without even having control of the game.
Poor design guys. Nice looking, but the ham-fisted and dismissive "intro" of first few mins turned me off completely.

Definitely a good game to play for 5 minutes when you have down time or several hours. I suggest it
It's a fun game but...
I think you should have the option to exit out of a battle if you're not ready so you don't keep losing every battle. Other than that this game keeps me from being bored at the doctors office or school lol.

The game starts off with bad directions but once u play awhile it's awesome. Also earning the special gems ( the ones that speed up the process or earn special attributes) are earned fairly regularly.
