Servers are terrible
Used to be an amazing game, but now it seems i take more time logging on/disconnecting/reconnecting than i do actually playing the game, very dissapointing

As an avid player of the game since its inception, I am deeply disappointed to witness its stagnant state.
Computer Versions: It is concerning to learn that the computer versions are still in beta. The Mac version, despite its potential, lacks full-screen support to this day.
Console Versions: Regrettably, these console versions have been discontinued. While they offered a personal gaming experience, their failure can be attributed to the separate server hosting them.
Controller Support: Given the abundance of mobile controllers available, the game misses out on a significant user base. Implementing controller support would enhance the game’s enjoyment on mobile devices.
User Interface: The user interface has become increasingly cluttered over the years. A thorough review and potential refresh would greatly improve the user experience.
The game’s overall quality remains commendable. However, the community has consistently requested quality-of-life improvements that have yet to be implemented.

Their mods can be bots but we need a better bots moderator that doesn’t false bans you pls tell your bots moderator to not false bans you okay also pls bans hacker and scammers and tell them a warning too much warnings = ban

I give 3 Star because i think the Games since 2014 people love it until now because most of all player they play this game because it can improve our communication and be creative, get to know to do some work really work to earn World lock and Marketing and also some business. on the other hand the game Nowadays as many people know Hacker Casino and Security in this game quite bad because even the world : start All hacker are there. As me if i could help somethings i will without get any salary because i really want this game to let other people or new friends get to know it. Not like right now i try tell them but they said hacker and spamming are really alot in this game and account can get hack easily

Fix your game
I have been playing the game for 9 years and the servers are getting worse. Now u spend 20% of the time playing and 80% of the time disconnecting and trying to log on. It is hard to stay faithful to a game that is becoming more and more unplayable. Game is fun but what is the use of that if u cannot stay on long enough to play it?

hello everyone, I’m just coming on here today to tell you that, I’ve been playing this game for over 10 years when it first was released, I have thousands of hours and so much time and time invested into the game, recently my account was hacked into and some of my items were stolen including the gems i had purchased, after this happened of course I contacted support to see if they could do anything for me, I proceeded to also get a refund from apple for the gems back and I did get those, but after contacting support about my issues numerous time and days, they are refusing to unban my account, they said they banned my account because, it was a unauthorized purchase, but get this I’m the one that purchased the gems, they think that someone hacked into my credit card or bank and purchased these, but I’m the one who did, so please tell me why I’m the one being punished when my account was logged into, how does this make since? So know I can not play this game at all, even though I didn’t do anything lol, thanks a lot Ubisoft, this is why after you guys took over this game took a massive down fall from there on.

Scammers, hackers, unbelievable amount of spammers. Games been dead
Mod/ubisoft support doesnt care about the things that ruins the game. Only thing they care abt is if you buy bgls/ingame currency and not give them money for it 💀. If you get scammed or hacked good luck getting help from their team. And dont get me started on a casinos + spam bots that message you that u have to block individually. YES people use in game currency to go to worlds to play illegal games to earn REAL money which they dont get banned unless reported because mods are only worried about people buying bgls. Game is dead sell it to a company that actually cares
