Harshest Game & Lack of response to community support
I can't really be bothered to write much here as this is pretty much the same attitude player support has. I got banned for selling diamond locks (which never sold). I did not know that this was not allowed and I was never prompted to accept any such terms and conditions on the creation and start of my account. After investing immense amounts of time and money over a span of 6+ years, I get permanently banned without warning. This to me is a bit extreme loosing everything I have worked for like my Ivi 3 ancess, zeus etc. overall servers are bad, everything is overpriced. Just a terrible game now. Quitting this game was hard but the best thing I ever did to my life. This is your sign to quit now! And Ubisoft, do not bother responding to this (as if you would anyway) as I will not be reaching out for a 7th time and getting nothing out of it.

This is a very nice game to play and can socialize with other PLAYERS. However, there can be a twist with trusting these players… This is not the games fault for having ridiculous and toxic players that are playing the game. In addition, there are HACKERS and I do not mean real life hackers that hacks your IP address, hackers that are in the game, people tend to download hacks from other website and/or apps to get rich handless. Yes, Hackers are truly the impact of the whole game and there may also be “account hackers” in the future. But you do not have to worry about this since the game can secure your account from anyone trying to log in and you just had to confirm your
e-mail if the person that are trying to log in is you. However, some people like me.. forgotten my email on the account i am using, could be frightening if someone hacked onto my account. Anyways, this game is a game for socializing, showing your creative building skills, having somewhat helpful moderators in this game and by not blaming them, the game can get boring over time without events. I personally like this game when it comes to business profiting and relate it to real-life.

Growtopia Economy
Growtopia is a good game BUT the economy is a disaster. With more and more world locks obtained through gems or money the value of world locks decrease significantly. World locks only circulate through players with nothing taking the world locks back. You guys need to add something like Locke the traveling salesman but much more accessible and usable. Maybe you could implement a world lock shop alongside the gem shop.

4 stars for old growtopia, 3 for new.
As a kid I loved playing this game, when I went to see my cousins I saw them playing it and it looked like so much fun. I started and got better and better, and it was a overall good game. But recently re playing this game just doesn’t feel as nice. It doesn’t have the same feeling to all the racist, bad community, hackers and scammers that pollute the game. Overall I have been looking for a game similar to growtopia, as it seems Ubisoft is giving up putting growtopia into there important games and rather as a cash grab, montly item is now a battle pass which is a problem. And it’s just a broken dystopian experience. If they could fix all of this I would be playing so much. But it seems like it’s better to let go of this game. Might sound cringey to the reader but I generally had good experiences and just wanted for it to come out dramatic. Please if you play this make sure you only trade with the trade system and try be kind. Thanks for reading if you read this far down, have a good day reader.

Lovely game, one of my favourites BUT ONE MAJOR PROBLEM.
As much as I love this game, I despise how bad the server maintenance is. When I do anything basic such as walking to where I farm in my world to farming (punching and planting) I always experience bad server connection even though I have quite a strong internet and wifi connection. Please whoever is responsible for this, fix the servers rather than just make events with bad connection.

If you decide to not use your email.
I have a stacked account with multiple dls, that's really vulnerable to hackings because i used the wrong email and verified it which I can't currently reset the password which is stuck forever as a common password. Implement a "change email" option that can fully change email and to reverse email change just click a link before it expires in a month capiche?

My Honest Opinion
Hey, I just wanna say is that this game is really bad. I’m not trying to be rude or anything, I’m being really honest and I wanna speak up. First of all for the servers, everytime when I join or players join, it always disconnects, which then puts us to this screen that says “error connecting.” It happened to me like 5-10 times and I couldn’t log in GT so I had to wait like an hour for that. Second of all, there is a lot of spammers in GT that mods haven’t dealt with and the csn well. Third this game is bias. Maybe you guys are only listening to famous players like mrsongo or jamew7 or even Alperen. When Alperen tried scamming, the mods gave him a second chance, what about others? How about when people tries to talk to mods, they only listen to famous players like mrsongo. My point is that the moderators should interact with players and see what they have to talk about. Maybe it’s something important. Anyway I really hope this game improves in the future, but for now I’m not addicted to this game anymore. Tips on how to improve the game, FIX THE SERVERS!!!!!!!!!!!!! I miss the old Growtopia
I first started playing Growtopia in 2014 when there weren’t many people playing and everything was so fun. I had over 2500 hours into the game. Fast forward today, the economy is terrible because of the diamond lock duplication glitch. There are so many people selling diamond locks online for $2 which has just honestly ruined the game. My recommendation for Ubisoft would be to restart the game fully to revive back the Old Growtopia.

World locks
This is probably my favourite game for understanding the economy, and also great fun as a kid. The currency in Growtopia is world locks and everything has a price, it’s easy to understand the demand of items and your leverage when you can buy items with gems and sell for a profit in world locks. The main issue with this game is boring updates and the difficulty of actually getting your first world lock (tradable). I would recommend challenges for new players in which they grow expensive items and learn how to sell them. Or maybe laser grids
