I played this game for about 6 years. I was addicted. Theres nothing wrong with the game, but its the players you have to watch out for. The players are toxic, rude, and basically just stupid. So don’t trust anybody. Not even your friends.
Love it! But...
Ive been playing for nearly 3 years! And i have not earned much. But i saw the mentor title and wanted it since I like to teach noobs how to play. But i can only hire 1 person a day so Its gonna take years to get. And I don’t have friends to invite as recruits. So I was wondering if u can make the max amount of apprentices you can hire a day depending on how much apprentices you have over lvl 20. It will then add more rewards for being a mentor instead of just having gems as a reward because mentors don’t get as much updates as other jobs. But other than that I love your game!

Growtopia, an addictive and confusing game. But really fun!
I’ve been playing for quite some time now. I had ups and downs about this game. If you first start this game, without a mentor, you would be very confused. Good thing the mods have made a certain kind of work for people who are dedicated to help new people called mentoring (people who have been playing for quite some time [mentors] and the people who are new [apprentices] mentors can get prizes by helping. So people, help!!). They are easily found in the world START. Make sure to approach them for better understanding of the game! (Or message me if I’m on. - do /msg ainzii ) People who say that they get banned for no reason, there is a reason. The mods might’ve detected a thing they did before. Such as scamming. What fun would a game have if there’s no horror? That’s why you should try this game. It’s really fun! Make sure to say hi to me if we bump into each other! Cheers!

Not a game for kids
So much online daters which is disgusting. People asking where you live and trying to sex you online? Yeah, no. So gross.
Scammers ..
iv been playing this game ever since it first came out. It has always been a great game with loads of changes. There was only one problem its scammers... When a scammer hosts a game or asks for trust do not! I my self got scammed 450 wls by trust. Also mods hardly ever reply to you even when they are not busy. This may sound selfish but you are just trying to help out. If you see a illegal world report it or msg mods and leave. You will be banned if u msged mods already and didnt leave.

Fun At First
I don’t usually write reviews but I’ve played Growtopia since 2014 and I remember how exciting it was to build with my friends and roleplay. As the years went by, more and more of my friends quit. Of course, Growtopia was still fun. There isn’t really an “end” or a way to “win” but I just kinda ran out of things to do and that was when it became boring.
If you’re new and you’re considering trying this game out, I definitely recommend it. Growtopia can really help teach you about how to deal with scammers, hackers, techniques in trading items, and the fluctuations of a player-based economy. Just be careful about playing too much because the game can be quite addicting. Also, the controls and concepts of the game can be hard to understand, so try to get through the tutorials. It can be tough for beginners to become rich.

Banned For No Reason
Played the game for 4 years then got banned for a stupid reason and I dont even know why it happened now I can never play again.
Great Game not so Great Community
Growtopia is a game where you can build, grow, farm, and most importantly, get rich. I find this concept really interesting and makes this game very fun. I only rated Growtopia 4 stars becuse the actually community is mostly made up of toxic people, scammers, or hackers. Scammers really make an impact on the hame becuase they will trick you into “dropping” your items, then they will steal them. Hackers will speed hack to let them run really fast, or necome invincible. This doesn’t sound bad at first, but then people do “giveaways” where they giveaway some of their “world locks” or currency. The hacker will then speed and health hack to give him/herself a very high chance or winning the giveaway. Toxic players are just mean and rude. If the developers were to ban all or even just most of these types of people I would rate this game 5 stars for the idea of a game that simulates a real world economic system.

Love this game, one problem.
This game is pretty cool, and fun! There is one problem, it’s kind of not fair. New players aren’t really understanding the game, but of course there are tutorials, but it is hard sometimes. Also, there are scammers who take advantage of these new players by stealing items from them, (and other stuff). I feel like the developers should add a free starter pack with clothes, items, seeds, and a huge lock (not a world lock, they could start with a HL and work they way up to a WL). They should also make an OFFICIAL world for new players and teach them. (There is a tutorial world) but a world that can let players help others (mostly new players). This game has grew a bunch last time I played. I hope this game becomes more popular, and I hope the developers have a good time making this game, and I hope you guys enjoy this game as well. 👍

Stupid mods
So, I played Growtopia for like years now and I loved the game and everything about it, soon when I quit I heard Ubisoft bought the game and so I wanted to come back to the game. I play for like a 4 months and it was great and all, into when I let someone auto and a mod came in. Allowing someone to auto is illegal and so I got banned. I know it was a bad idea but the thing is, I got banned for 730 days like that’s a Cruel ban for something minor. Everyday when I log in I see casinos and scam worlds that’s not yet to be banned but I get banned 730 days for allowing someone to auto? Please reduce my ban time due to my passion of the game. Thank you
